Build strength and flexility in mind and body with fun and engaging kids yoga classes!
In a safe, non-competitive space kids yoga supports children to develop resilience, reduce anxiety, build coordination, balance, cooperation skills, enhance self-belief and confidence.
Kids yoga classes include warm-up postures, yoga poses, yoga games and partner poses, mindfulness activities, breathing strategies, and relaxation.
Vic has been teaching kids yoga for 11 years and began her journey of working with young people 25 years ago as a youth worker, she creates engaging creative and welcoming classes that are enjoyed by kids of all ages.

Children’s Yoga and Mindfulness
The thriving Kids 9 week term time after school classes combine movement, mindfulness and mindset strategies to support kids to reduce anxiety and build resilience while increasing happiness and self-belief.
