The program takes the children on a journey of growing a kindness garden, they will learn how to plant seeds of kindness and happiness and how to care for and nurture these seeds, while also learning how to care for and nurture their own health, emotional intelligence and wellbeing. Children are engaged with songs, music and stories, engaging their imagination and promoting a love of reading.
Diversity is celebrated and sustainability is promoted through activities that actively encourage an appreciation of nature and our role in activities that encourage caring for ourselves, each other and the world.
Children are encouraged to actively contribute by taking responsibility for certain roles within the program and to work collaboratively with others.
Child centred and play-based activities
Evidence indicates that the first 5.5 years are a critical period and interventions during this time can result in a significant improvement to a child’s health and development.

Very well planned and age appropriate. I saw first hand how much the children loved it and how far they had come with mindfulness techniques.
